nice but I don't have room for that big of a tool in my drawer

Neat! I like the MicroMark sire. It's fun to see all the cool tools they have. Justufying the purchase of some of them is the tough part.

I do have to get me one of these...

I can think of a ton of uses for that one.

This is a handy tool for sanding delicate parts such as bone without burning.

I would just like to know how they justify this quote on that thing....

I guess I would like to see their definition of a portable lumber mill.

All it does is let you sand some small pieces of wood, so there's no milling at all. To imply that you can mill limber would be to imply that there's some way to cut trees into boards... and that won't do it.
They're exagerating way beyond what they should...

I have been looking at this disk sander. I also saw the little drum sander and
thought it would be great for bridge reenforcement plates, etc.

So, you like the disk sander?

Cute little stuff guys! I like that hand vice too.

I've had the little disk sander for a couple years and make good use of it. It's nice to be able to slow it way down for delicate work and not throw dust all over the place. Very quiet.
It's not designed for hogging off a lot of wood by any stretch. One has to realize that MicroMark caters mainly to model and miniature builders.

I've got one of these
sanders too and use it for all sorts of things. I've even rigged up a (shop vac)
